Q: How do I get started?
A: The best way to start is to first determine the artwork
you want printed on your garment. If you know what you want
printed then you will have a better idea of what garments
to choose. Look for garments in colors that will look appealing
with your image on it. If your image is mostly light colored,
don't choose a light colored garment because the light colored
image will not contrast with the light colored garment. You

Catalog here. If you don't know exactly what your artwork will look like
you can choose a set of garments you like and then design
the artwork around those colors. For more information about

Requirements.
Q: What is the minimum order for screenprinting?
A: Our minimum order is 12 pieces. A 12 piece order is limited
to 1 color imprint but available in as many locations as you
need. (i.e. left chest, full back, left sleeve, right sleeve,
etc..) If more than one color is needed please see chart below
for minimum quantities.

Q: What is a setup charge for and how
much does it cost?
A: Set up is charged by the screen and we use one screen per
color. For first time orders screen setup is $20 per screen
and reorders are charged at $10 per screen. First time setup
charges pay for the time and cost of materials for the films
and the making of the screen.* We recycle our screens but
we keep the films on file. We do not store screens because
it is not beneficial to you or us. We want to give you the
best print possible and that requires new screens for each
order placed. The reorder setup pays to remake the screens
and therefore it is half price.

are not owned by the customer.
Q: How long will it take to complete my order?
A: Screenprinting orders take approximately 10 to 15 working
days, start to finish, from the day you place your order.
Placing an order includes approving an invoice via fax, email,
or U.S. mail, and placing your deposit if required.
Q: What if I need a rush order?
A: TheTshirtPeople.com will do everything possible to get
your order to you without a rush charge. Our customer service
representative will determine if rush charges are applicable.
Q: How much will all this cost?
A: The more garments you order the more money you save per
shirt. Extra charges are incurred by additional print colors,
additional locations, or color changes during production.
There are also setup charges and art charges. Our customer
service representatives will be happy to give you a quote
over the phone, fax or email.
Q: When do I pay?
A: New orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed
and the balance due on pickup or delivery. We accept cash,
check, visa, master card, and discover. We also will work
on a purchase order with a signature approved copy. Credit
terms may be established with approval from our accounting
department.
Q: Can you ship the order or do I have to pick it up?
A: We can ship your order anywhere in the United States via
UPS. We can ship it on your UPS account if you desire or on
ours. Pick up is also available during business hours, Monday
- Friday 10am - 5 pm PST or by appointment.
